- Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, and comments in our database.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior management or specialized departments.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively across various mediums.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
