Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning business objectives with cutting-edge innovations.
- Innovation Lab Management: Lead a cross-functional team in exploring and validating emerging tech trends, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Architecture Strategy: Oversee the transition to scalable, future-proof architecture that supports rapid scaling and deployment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-level executives and product leaders to communicate complex technical visions in business terms.
- R&D Oversight: Drive research initiatives and secure partnerships with leading tech institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and high-performance engineering within the tech division.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Cloud Native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), Microservices, and Machine Learning frameworks.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
- Agile Mindset: Experience driving teams through complex transformation initiatives using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
