Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of implementing future-tech roadmaps (2018-2024)
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting
