Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum, bio-integration, AR/VR)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging sectors
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops for C-suite executives
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to investor boards and stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight credential
- Strong data storytelling and visualization skills
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in enterprise environments
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
