Responsibilities
- Provide first-tier technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of company-issued equipment.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the on-site IT team to escalate complex technical problems.
Qualifications
