Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support to clients via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
