Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to employees via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Windows and Macintosh systems.
- Perform routine server maintenance and monitor system health to ensure uptime.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the IT service management database.
- Manage software inventory and ensure licenses are up to date.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS configuration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network and hardware problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekends.
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
