As a Night Shift Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for our enterprise clients, handling complex technical issues with empathy and precision.
Responsibilities
- 24/7 System Monitoring: Proactively monitor server health and network performance to prevent downtime during off-hours.
- Ticket Resolution: Prioritize and resolve high-priority IT support tickets using our ticketing system (ServiceNow/Zendesk).
- Hardware & Software Support: Troubleshoot hardware malfunctions and software conflicts for remote and on-site employees.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all night-shift protocols are followed to maintain strict data security and compliance standards.
- Incident Response: Lead the response to critical incidents and coordinate with the day shift team for escalation if necessary.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of IT support or help desk experience.
- Availability: Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows, Active Directory, and VPN technologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with non-technical staff.
- Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
