As a key architect of our 2026 roadmap, you'll collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to anticipate societal shifts, technological disruptions, and emerging market opportunities. Your expertise will directly influence product development, investment strategy, and our global innovation ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and ROI
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of speculative innovation
- Publish thought leadership on emerging paradigms and disruption vectors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record in translating future trends into commercial products
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in innovation foresight methodologies
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
