- Establish KPI frameworks to quantify future-readiness across 15+ industry verticals
- Deliver keynote insights at global forums on the future of work, climate resilience, and human augmentation
- Partner with venture capital arm to scout and invest in 2026-defining startups
- Author thought leadership publications read by Fortune 500 executives and policymakers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven ability to model complex systems using tools like causal layered analysis or scenario planning
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, biotech, AGI) and their societal implications
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios implemented by major organizations
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS) or equivalent practical experience
