Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Document customer interactions and resolve tickets efficiently within SLA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service protocols and user experience.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience during peak weekend hours.
- Assist in onboarding new team members during shift handovers.
Qualifications

- Reliable transportation is mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
