Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist customers with setup, configuration, and maintenance of devices.
- Document all support tickets and interactions accurately in our ticketing system.
- Communicate complex technical information in a clear, friendly, and patient manner.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure 24/7 coverage standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-volume weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; IT certification (CompTIA A+) is a plus.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a regular basis.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if working remotely.
