Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap, aligning emerging technologies with market opportunities
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Facilitate executive workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable strategic priorities
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners including research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through scenario modeling and impact analysis
- Champion a culture of future-focused innovation across global R&D and product teams
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 or high-growth tech
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology adoption lifecycle management
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (GenAI, quantum, Web3, climate tech) and their business implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in innovation or foresight publications preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change initiatives
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
