Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage and resolve IT tickets within agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document technical resolutions and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve system stability.
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Customer Success.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and network protocols.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or Bachelor’s in IT is a plus.
