Responsibilities
- Provide tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming support tickets with a focus on rapid response times.
- Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and security patches on weekends.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the onsite engineering team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science or equivalent IT experience.
- 1-2 years of professional IT support or Help Desk experience.
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly.
- Must be available to work weekends consistently with no conflicts.
