Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person during weekend shifts.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor server status and perform routine system maintenance to ensure maximum uptime.
- Log and track all IT support tickets and incidents in the ticketing system accurately.
- Assist with hardware deployments and software installations for weekend operational teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized IT workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation required.
