As a key member of our Global Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and external futurists to develop actionable frameworks for emerging technologies like quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, and climate-adaptive systems. Your insights will directly shape our $2B R&D portfolio and position us as the undisputed leader in next-gen innovation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Innovation Roadmap using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing prototyping initiatives for breakthrough technologies
- Present quarterly futurist briefings to the Board of Directors and C-suite stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and emerging tech startups
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry disruption patterns
- Oversee the implementation of AI-driven innovation management systems
- Manage a $5M annual innovation incubation fund for high-potential 2026 concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two of these domains: quantum computing, biotech convergence, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published research or keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Experience leading teams of 15+ professionals across multiple time zones
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
- Fluency in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, AI ethics, synthetic biology)
