Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 10-year strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership content on emerging societal and technological paradigms
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing 2026's most pressing challenges
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published work in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from the Association of Professional Futurists)
