- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce actionable foresight reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with product teams to embed future-ready principles into development lifecycles
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight ROI and impact
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, PESTEL) and scenario modeling
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive and technical audiences
- MSc/PhD in Futures Studies, Technology Innovation, or related field preferred
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS) a plus
