Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal patterns impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop predictive scenario models using AI-driven foresight platforms and human-centered research methodologies
- Design and facilitate executive foresight workshops for C-suite clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Author quarterly trend reports and white papers published in industry journals and thought leadership platforms
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight insights into product innovation roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and academic researchers
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation consulting at Fortune 500 or top-tier consulting firm
- Proven expertise in developing predictive scenario planning frameworks for exponential technologies
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, biotech convergence, and neurotechnology landscapes
- Exceptional facilitation skills with experience leading executive-level workshops and presentations
- Published author in futures research or technology innovation domains
- Proficiency in foresight software tools (e.g., Scenariio, Foresight Platform) and data visualization tools
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful strategic initiatives based on foresight insights
