Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 technology impact forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-of-work scenarios
- Design strategic roadmaps for quantum computing adoption
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Present trend briefings to C-suite and board members
- Author white papers on metaverse and neurotech implications
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive methodologies
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech consulting
- Published research in top-tier future studies journals
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Strong background in at least two of: AI ethics, biotech, or climate tech
- Experience with quantitative forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi method)
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executive narratives
