Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying disruptive technologies through 2026 and beyond
- Develop quantitative trend models using proprietary AI-powered analytics platforms
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients in autonomous systems, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Author white papers on exponential technologies featured at Davos and World Economic Forums
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and innovation sprints
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent strategic foresight certification
- 5+ years in strategic planning with Fortune 100 companies or top-tier consultancies
- Expertise in trend analysis across AI, climate tech, and neurotechnology domains
- Proven track record of developing patent-pending innovation frameworks
- Published author in peer-reviewed futures journals or industry-leading publications
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, D3.js) and predictive modeling
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred)
