- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight ecosystem with academic and industry partners
- Translate complex foresight into investor-ready narratives and product roadmaps
- Champion innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership
- Quantify future market risks/opportunities using predictive analytics tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or emerging technology roles
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on paradigm-shifting trends
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
