Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic framework for 2026-2030 technology adoption
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive market forces and opportunities

- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with data-driven trend analysis
- Manage a portfolio of innovation incubation projects
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend-forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, product innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CSF, WFS)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Advanced degree in business, technology, or social sciences
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams of 10+ professionals
- Portfolio of 3+ strategic frameworks implemented in Fortune 500 companies
