- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation ROI and technology adoption maturity
- Forge strategic partnerships with research labs and academic institutions focused on 2026+ tech horizons
- Present futuristic tech roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive culture of innovation through hackathons and experimental project incubation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technologies leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends (Web3, AGI, synthetic biology)
