Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution of the 2026 Initiative's quantum-AI integration roadmap
- Lead cross-functional teams of quantum physicists, ML engineers, and UX designers
- Secure $5M+ in strategic funding and partnerships with tech ecosystem leaders
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for real-time quantum-classical hybrid computing
- Present breakthrough findings at Davos, TED, and IEEE summits
- Mentor next-gen talent through our Quantum Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or adjacent field (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)
- 10+ years leading large-scale R&D initiatives with measurable impact
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum machine learning
- Proven track record securing $3M+ in venture funding
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Fluency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
