Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical troubleshooting and support for enterprise clients during weekend operations.
- Manage and resolve a high volume of service tickets with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system to maintain accurate records.
- Conduct routine system health checks to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Mentor junior support staff during weekend shifts to ensure team consistency.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during off-hours.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend schedules, including early mornings and late evenings.
