Responsibilities

- Perform onsite maintenance and repairs for company equipment and client workstations.
- Manage and maintain IT inventory, ensuring all assets are accounted for and in good condition.
- Respond to help desk tickets and resolve technical inquiries efficiently within SLA guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to implement new IT protocols and security measures.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and system changes accurately.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office applications.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local onsite visits.
