- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging tech trends (quantum AI, biotech convergence, climate-tech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling 2026-ready solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through internal innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Present innovation strategies to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-proof technology methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- Proven track record launching products with 2026+ market impact

- Experience building innovation ecosystems in corporate or startup environments
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
