Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools during the night shift.
  • Monitor network infrastructure and server health to ensure 99.9% uptime for all clients.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Perform routine system maintenance, patches, and updates outside of business hours to minimize downtime.
