Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to clients via phone, chat, and email during evening and weekend hours.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to ensure minimal downtime for our clients.

- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and company protocols.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking concepts.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
