Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer service via phone, email, and live chat during evening and weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for enterprise clients efficiently.

- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure continuity of service and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications
