Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and Resolve: Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for employees working on weekends.
- Ticket Management: Log, track, and manage IT helpdesk tickets efficiently using our ticketing system to ensure rapid response times.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine system updates, patch management, and security checks to maintain optimal system performance.
- Network Support: Monitor network connectivity and troubleshoot local area network (LAN) and Wi-Fi issues for remote and on-site staff.
- User Assistance: Provide technical guidance and training to staff members regarding software applications and office equipment.
- Security Compliance: Assist in enforcing IT security policies and protocols to protect company data and assets.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical field.
- Flexibility: Must be available to work alternating weekends (e.g., Saturday/Sunday) and potentially overnight shifts.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Availability: Ability to start immediately.
