Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products with 3+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Strategic consulting or corporate innovation experience required
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Bay Area tech ecosystem
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
