Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues for clients via remote access and ticketing systems.
- Provide expert technical support and guidance to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all weekend shifts are covered efficiently with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to resolve complex escalated tickets.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and technical resolutions.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on new software and protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical support or IT help desk roles.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing software (e.g., Zendesk, Jira).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
