  • Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, peripherals, and mobile devices.

  • Conduct regular safety inspections and compliance checks within the server room environment.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Valid CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience working in a technical support or helpdesk role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
  • Ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends without direct supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.
