Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and prioritize incoming help desk tickets during weekend shifts.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and backups.
- Assist with on-site setup and configuration of laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the on-call team during critical outages.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift and carry IT equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
