Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during weekend operations.
- Manage and maintain on-site server infrastructure, workstations, and peripherals to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and security audits to protect company data.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and configuration changes in our internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency.
- Assist in the procurement and setup of new equipment for incoming projects.
- Respond to and resolve escalated tickets with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday to Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA) are highly preferred.
