Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 10-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) into commercial frameworks
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis to anticipate technological inflection points
- Design and launch pilot programs for breakthrough innovations with measurable ROI
- Mentor innovation teams and foster a culture of calculated experimentation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies with $50M+ impact
- Deep expertise in at least two frontier domains (quantum computing, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex futures scenarios
- Experience with technology foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred for global partnerships
