Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market forecasts and business objectives

- Design and oversee pilot programs for next-gen technologies with 3+ year implementation horizons
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate breakthrough innovations into commercial offerings
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Build and manage an ecosystem of academic, startup, and industry innovation partners
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and responsible tech deployment principles
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching technology initiatives with multi-year impact horizons
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, generative AI, sustainable tech)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across technical and business domains
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) strongly preferred
