Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems and end-users via phone, email, and remote desktop.
- Manage and resolve incoming service tickets and support requests with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with the on-site IT team to ensure weekend operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in our knowledge base.
- Perform routine system checks, software updates, and hardware maintenance tasks.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new hardware and software for weekend staff.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred).
- Proven experience in a technical support, help desk, or IT operations role.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues independently.
- Must be available to work a consistent Friday through Sunday schedule.
- Flexibility to work overtime during peak business periods.
