- Conduct remote troubleshooting and on-site support for office equipment and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the core IT team to document solutions and update internal knowledge bases.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
