Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap aligning with long-term business objectives

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive opportunities
- Design scalable frameworks for rapid prototyping and validation of future concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or future-focused roles
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Proven track record of launching successful transformational initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technology trends and their business applications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in matrix organizations
- Strong presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CFIP) preferred
