Responsibilities

- Produce forward-looking scenario analyses and risk mitigation strategies for 2026+ market conditions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to embed foresight into product development cycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership publications on future trends and strategic adaptation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio of published future-oriented analyses or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
