- Champion innovation culture through workshops, hackathons, and future-focused initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives with 3+ year lead times
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
