Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and social trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Create scenario-planning models for high-impact business decisions
- Author thought leadership on disruptive innovations and paradigm shifts
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
