Responsibilities
- Architect and define the comprehensive technical and business roadmap for the year 2026.
- Lead high-level strategic initiatives involving AI integration, sustainable computing, and next-gen connectivity.
- Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product, and executive leadership teams to align on future goals.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to ensure Apex Horizon Systems remains a market leader.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the 2026 vision and track progress against them.
- Present complex technical strategies to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar).
- Proven track record of delivering long-term strategic roadmaps and influencing organizational direction.
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies, including Machine Learning, Quantum Computing, or Web3 concepts.
- Strong background in Agile methodologies and product innovation cycles.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
