- Document all troubleshooting steps and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
