Responsibilities
- Forecast and analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 impact focus
- Develop strategic roadmaps for next-gen product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D centers for cutting-edge research
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data-driven reports
- Monitor geopolitical and socio-economic factors influencing tech adoption by 2026
- Drive innovation culture by mentoring teams on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning for 2020-2025
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or scale-up tech companies on innovation strategy
