Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in developing and executing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary innovation teams and budgets over $10M
